Teaching is your absolute passion.
Your career. Your calling.
But trying to juggle all the moving parts leaves you just plain tired and overwhelmed.
You’re supposed to master guided reading groups, centers, rotations, math, reading and writing workshop, parent communications, lesson planning and oh so much more while maintaining that passion and love for teaching and a work-home balance that’s not out of whack?
It can be just too much to figure out alone.
That’s why you found me!
I’m Susan, a primary teacher who is on a mission to empower busy, overwhelmed teachers to work smarter, not harder.
- I believe your teacher bag coming home every evening should not take away so many hours from your home life that it makes you start to resent your career choice. I can help show you ways to create more simplified systems to save time and have less in your bag when it goes for a ride home.
- I believe you do not have to read hundreds of professional books, blog posts and scour Pinterest for help to figure out all those moving parts in your classroom life. In my 10 years of primary teaching I think I have done that for you! Seriously though, I am here to bring to life the classroom you desire by giving you the step by step blueprints to conquer those moving parts.
- I believe to be a successful teacher you need to be surrounded by a community that feels the same way you do. I am here to support you because I know you deserve some ME time but just don’t know how to achieve that balance. Together we can figure it out.
I specialize in giving you the tools and the blueprint to continue being the amazing, passionate teacher you are while still maintaining some ME time and a work-home balance you don’t feel guilty about.
If you are ready to work smarter, not harder and take back your home time for ME time click below to join my mailing list and receive access to my resource library packed with teaching goodies.
